The National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) has intensified its nationwide crackdown on illicit drug trafficking, arresting 15 suspects and seizing large quantities of banned substances during coordinated raids across eight states. The Permanent Secretary of the Lagos State Ministry of Health, Dr Olusegun Ogboye, has revealed that ambulance workers across the state are routinely subjected to attacks by mentally unstable individuals, hoodlums, and miscreants while on emergency duties.
