Emmanuel Oludare  The African Democratic Congress (ADC) in Ogun State has  condemned the Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) for what it describes as “fraudulent and extortionate” administrative charges imposed on candidates for the forthcoming local government elections.
