The Rivers State Police Command has apprehended four members of a local vigilance group, including their commander, Ododo Kingsley Obubochi, for their involvement in a robbery incident in the Isiokpo area of the state. The other arrested individuals are Mark Prince, Destiny Onuigbo, and Azubuike Orlu.
