The Police have arrested a secondary school principal in the Igando area of Lagos for allegedly flogging a female student and inflicting injuries on her body. The Command’s spokesperson, SP Benjamin Hundeyin,  told the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) on Saturday that the principal was picked up on Friday by the Igando Police Division for interrogation. The Police Command in Kaduna has arrested a 35-year-old man (name withheld), over alleged kidnapping in the state. The police also recovered arms and ammunition in a raid conducted at the residence of the suspect.
