The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission,EFCC, on Thursday arraigned the Managing Director of Sunsteel Industries Limited, Olalekan Adewoye, before Justice Mojisola Dada of the Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja over an alleged $680,622.65 fraud. A teenage girl, Lawal Hameedat Adenike, has filed a lawsuit against the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) and a Computer-Based Test (CBT) centre, PEFTI, over an alleged violation of her religious rights during the 2025 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). The Federal Government has commenced discussions to facilitate the safe and dignified return of at least 15,000 Nigerians currently stranded in countries such as Cameroon, Niger and Chad.
