The Nigeria Police Force has issued a stern warning, cautioning citizens to avoid engaging in same-sex marriage activities, emphasizing its illegality in the country.  In an official statement released on Thursday, the Force Public Relations Officer, ACP Olumuyiwa Adejobi, highlighted the legal basis for this prohibition. In a landmark decision, Chief Judge Justice Dije Aboki of the Kano State High Court pronounced the death sentence by hanging for five members of a vigilance group.  The conviction stemmed from their involvement in the extrajudicial killing of 17-year-old Ahmed Musa.
