The Nigerian Senate has expressed its full support for the Supreme Court judgment on granting of financial autonomy to the 774 Local Governments in Nigeria. Senate President Godswill Akpabio made this declaration after senate resumed from a closed session over a motion sponsored by Sen.Tony Nwoye, (LP-Anambra). Men of the Ogun State Police Command have arrested two brothers identified as Femi Fagbohun, aged 43, and Kayode Fagbohun, aged 41, for the alleged kidnap, robbery, and rape of a 17-year-old girl (name withheld).
