The Nigerian Communications Commission, NCC, has said that Starlink’s recent upward review of its subscription packages was implemented without prior approval from the Commission. The Director, Public Affairs of NCC, Reuben Muoka, said this in a brief statement on Tuesday. He said the decision by Starlink to unilaterally review their subscription packages upwards did not receive the approval of the NCC. The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC, has arrested a total of 28 suspected internet fraudsters in Akwa Ibom and Edo states. The spokesman for EFCC, Dele Oyewale, revealed this in a statement on Tuesday in Abuja.
