The Lagos State Government has announced traffic diversion at Loop 1 on the Apapa bound lane and Loop 4 on the Badagry bound lane at Mile 2 for a duration of 15 months. This traffic diversion is said to be for the construction work of the Transport Interchange Terminal that will integrate Rail, Bus, Water and Non–Motorised Transportation. The Kaduna Police Command said it has rescued two kidnapped victims and recovered 283 rustled cows and 20 sheep. A statement by the Command’s PPRO, ASP Mansir Hassan, said five suspects were also arrested.
