An Osogbo Chief Magistrates’ Court has ordered the remand of a truck driver, Adebayo Olayinka, at the Ilesa Correctional Centre for allegedly causing one Adebayo Tajudeen’s death due to dangerous driving. The magistrate, Dr Olusegun Ayilara, gave the order on Thursday and hinged his decision on “the magnitude of the offence” allegedly committed by the defendant.
