An Akure Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday remanded a 33-year-old man, Oladipo Akintade, at the Olokuta Correctional Centre for allegedly stabbing his neighbour to death. Magistrate R.I Adelakin, who did not take the plea of the defendant, ordered that the case file be sent to the office of the Directorate of Public Prosecutions for legal advice. He remanded Akintade pending the outcome of the legal advice and adjourned the case until March 27 for mention.
