A suspected vandal has been found dead inside a transformer substation located at Commissioners’ Quarters 1, Damaturu, Yobe State. Many students of the University of Benin, UNIBEN have been reported trapped in a storey building after it collapsed in the state. Sahara Reporters said the incident occurred on Ekhator Street, Ekosodin, an area known for housing students.
