A 55-year-old man, Hassan Wasiu, has been arrested by operatives of the Ogun State Police Command for allegedly defiling his neighbour’s 13-year-old daughter in the Sagamu area of the state. Wasiu was reported to have lured the victim into his room in Falowo Street, Makun, where he carried out the act.
