Enugu State Independent Electoral Commission, ENSIEC, has rescheduled Local Government Elections for September 21. Chairman of ENSIEC, Prof. Christian Ngwu Ngwu disclosed the new date for the polls in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria (NAN) in Enugu on Thursday.
