The Permanent Secretary of the agency, Dr Olufemi Oke-Osanyintolu, made this disclosure in a statement in Lagos. The Police in Jigawa State have arrested a 40-year-old tea vendor, Abdulrashibu Ya’u over alleged beating of a boy to death in Dutse Local Government.
