The Nigerian Law Society, NLS, has reported Hussaini Ishaq Magahi, SAN, Registrar General of the Corporate Affairs Commission, CAC, to President Bola Tinubu over alleged violation of the rights of its members. NLS is a professional association of lawyers which the CAC says is operating without registration. Activist politician, Omoyele Sowore, on Sunday said the Director General of the National Intelligence Agency, NIA, Ahmed Abubakar resigned over his unwillingness to carry out human rights violations and abuses planned by President Bola Tinubu’s administration.
