Regional authorities on Friday announced that Russian strikes killed eight civilians across Ukraine. The national police said the attacks killed two in the northeastern Sumy region. Regional Governor Oleg Synegubov said that, further to the east, in the Kharkiv region bordering Russia, two civilians died in an attack.
