Fuji music enthusiasts are in for an unforgettable Boxing Day celebration as renowned Fuji maestro, Alhaji (Dr.) Sefiu Alao Adekunle, popularly known as “Baba Oko” and “Agbara Orin,” prepares to dazzle fans at the Fabulous Lounge, nestled within New Touch Hotel & Suites, Meiran, Lagos.
The event, scheduled for Thursday, December 26, 2024, marks the first anniversary of Fabulous Lounge, a top destination for leisure and entertainment in the area.
Running from 1 p.m. to 10 p.m., the show promises to be an electrifying affair, featuring a live performance from the Fuji legend, who has assured fans of a unique musical experience.
In a message to the media, Sefiu Alao expressed his excitement about the event, describing it as a showcase like no other.
“The show would be like no other show that I have done before.Apart from special lyrics I’m composing to entertain my fans, I’ll be unveiling new dance steps on stage.
“Since it’s a day after Christmas, it’s going to be Orin Odun Dun-n-dun (Sweet Festive Songs) and Ijo Ayo T’opo (Unlimited Dance of Joy),” Alao said.
The all-white themed event offers added incentives for revelers, including the sale of customized face caps for ₦7,000. While not mandatory for entry, those wearing the caps will enjoy complimentary food and drinks during the show.
Guests will also have access to other attractions at the venue, including a rooftop swimming pool, snooker games, and a restaurant serving a variety of delicacies.
Beyond Alao’s soulful Fuji tunes, the Fabulous Lounge promises a seamless experience for attendees with uninterrupted power supply and luxurious rooms for those wishing to extend their stay.
