    CAF Confederation Cup: El-Kanemi Warriors knocked out by Dadje FC

    El-Kanemi Warriors were eliminated from the CAF Confederation Cup after losing to Beninoise side, Dadje FC 2-1 in the second leg of their preliminary round tie on Saturday.

    The two teams battled to a 1-1 draw in the first leg in Ikenne last weekend.

    Dadje FC progressed into the first round 3-2 on aggregate.

    El-kanemi Warriors will now shift their attention to the Nigeria Premier Football League and President Federation Cup.




    Nigeria’s other representative in the CAF Confederation Cup, Enyimba were drawn bye into first round.

    Enyimba will look to become the first Nigerian club to win the the competition.
