Pandemonium erupted in the vicinity as the hoodlums, arriving in hired vehicles, unleashed a barrage of gunfire, compelling both staff and students attending the award ceremony to flee in fear for their safety.
The indiscriminate shooting not only marred the event but also raised serious concerns about the security protocols in place for public gatherings.
Eyewitness accounts reveal that the hoodlums, armed and seemingly organized, deliberately aimed to disrupt the event by shooting sporadically into the premises.

As the community grapples with the aftermath of this shocking incident, concerns about the safety of public figures and the need for enhanced security measures during official functions take center stage.
