    EPL: Absolute disgrace – Arsenal legend on Declan Rice red card

    Arsenal legend , Ray Parlour, has hit out at referee, Chris Kavanagh for his decision to send midfielder, Declan Rice off during the Gunners’ Premier League 1-1 draw against Brighton.

    The match was played at the Emirates Stadium on Saturday afternoon.

    Kai Havertz opened the scoring in the first half for Mikel Arteta’s side, finishing off a fine pass from Bukayo Saka.

    But the game turned on its head after Rice received his second booking in the second half as Joao Pedro equalized for the Seagulls.




    Reacting, Parlour took to X after the referee’s decision to voiced the feelings of many Arsenal fans and sympathizers, tweeting:

    “Absolute joke of a decision. Disgrace.”
