Chelsea boss, Enzo Maresca has said that winger, Jadon Sancho will not take part in his side’s Premier League clash against Manchester United because the England international is ill.
Maresca spoke at his pre-match press conference on Friday.
Sancho has been suffering from illness in the past few days.
Although he is ineligible to face his parent club Man United anyway, while the rest of the squad are all fit and available according to Maresca.
“We are looking good,” Maresca said.
“The players, they are all available.
“Except for Jadon, he has been ill in the last few days but he cannot play anyway [ineligible vs parent club].”
Chelsea head to the game after losing to Newcastle United in the Carabao Cup in mid-week.
