EPL: Maresca identifies area Chelsea needs to improve after 6-2 win against Wolves

Chelsea boss, Enzo Maresca, has identified the major area his team needs to improve following their Premier League victory against Wolves on Sunday.

Maresca watched as Chelsea bounced back from last week’s defeat to Manchester City to beat Wolves 6-2 in an away clash.

Noni Madueke netted a hat-trick while Nicolas Jackson, Cole Palmer and Joao Felix all scored a goal each for the Blues against the host.

Speaking at his post-match press conference, Maresca said Chelsea need to improve in their accuracy, adding that they cannot continue to lose the ball by making wrong decisions.

“In a delicate way, we need to be more accurate. In the first half, we started very well, and then we started to lose easy balls and then we lost confidence,” Maresca said.

“This happened against Servette. I just said to play in the way we want to play we need to be more accurate. We cannot lose the ball by making the wrong decisions.”
