Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola, has revealed that he is not on any social media platforms.
In an interview with Sky Sports, the Spaniard spoke about the reason behind his absence from these platforms.
Guardiola is regarded as one of the very best in the managerial business, having enjoyed an unprecedented level of success in football
For instance, he is the only the second manager to win a treble in England after Sir Alex Ferguson of Manchester United years back.
He is also the first-ever manager to win four successive Premier League titles in the 2023-24 season.
Guardiola said he does not have any social media applications on his phone.
“No, I don’t have WhatsApp. I don’t like emails. I don’t like Whatsapp, all that kind of stuff… so I just have a phone,” he said.
“No tiktoks, no Twitter, no Instagram, zero. My phone and messages, that’s it. I don’t want to be bothered.”
