    Europa League top scorers after Thursday’s fixtures

    Top scorers in the UEFA Europa League this season have emerged after Thursday’s fixtures.

    DAILY POST reports that the Europa League match-day four fixtures were played on Thursday night.

    Nigeria’s Victor Osimhen led Galatasaray to beat Tottenham Hotspur 3-2 in Turkey as he netted a brace during the encounter.

    Manchester United won 2-0 against PAOK at Old Trafford, thanks to Amad Diallo’s brace.




    Lazio defeated FC Porto 2-1, while Hoffenheim played a 2-2 draw with Lyon.

    However, Galatasaray’s Yunus Akgün and Olympiacos’s Ayoub El Kaabi have joined Porto’s Samu at the top of the Europa League scorers rankings for this season after match-day 4 fixtures.

    Here are the top scorers in the Europa League so far:

    Four goals – Ayoub El Kaabi (Olympiacos), Samu (Porto) and Yunus Akgün (Galatasaray)

    Three goals – Daniel Bîrligea (FCSB), Mika Godts (Ajax), Alexandre Lacazette (Lyon), Pedro Rodríguez (Lazio), Kenneth Taylor (Ajax), Barnabás Varga (Ferencváros)

    Two goals – Victor Osimhen and Amad Diallo are among the other 26 players who have scored two goals.
