The Ooni of Ife,Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, Ojaja ll, has revealed that all women are witches and manipulators.
Ooni made the statement while hosting the cast of the Real Housewives of Lagos (RHOL) season 2 in his palace.
Oba Ogunwusi has sparked discussions by asserting that every woman possesses a natural manipulative spirit.
Toyin Lawani, a member of the RHOL cast, orchestrated a courtesy visit to the Ooni’s palace, inviting fellow housewives Iyabo Ojo, Tania Omotayo, Mariam Timmer, and Chioma Ikokwu.
Lawani, claiming royal heritage, aimed to provide her colleagues with a glimpse into the majestic lifestyle within the palace, revealing a familial connection with one of the queens present.
Notably, Laura Ikeji-Kanu and Faith Morey were absent from the event.
Ooni Ogunwusi’s revelation centered around the idea that “every woman has a manipulative spirit,” colloquially referred to as witchcraft in some cultures.
Contrary to negative associations, the Ooni urged the guests to recognize and channel this inherent power positively for the greater good.
“The world should be a better place, especially for women. You are very powerful. You rule the world,” emphasized the Ooni.
He highlighted the limitless influence women hold within society and demystified the term “witchcraft,” stating it’s rooted in manipulation.
The Ooni encouraged women to embrace their natural manipulative spirit positively, referring to them as “good witches.”
As the RHOL season 2 concludes, the Ooni’s empowering message resonates, underscoring the potential for women to shape a better world through their innate influence.
