A former military spokesperson, Major-General Bernard Onyeuko (rtd), has been reported to have died, suddenly, in Abuja.
This was revealed on Saturday, as only cold was the complaint of the deceased before his death.
According to reports, the cold started, very early in the morning, as the deceased was quickly rushed to a private hospital in Abuja where he finally gave up the ghost.
General Onyeuko who retired from the Nigerian Army after the recent appointment of new service chiefs was a former Director, Defence Media Operations.
Speaking to his close, he revealed that the deceased was hale and hearty on Friday until he fell ill on Saturday morning and passed on.
