At least twenty people were trapped in a collapsed four storey hotel building in Dape, Life Camp, Abuja, according to eyewitnesses at the site.
The hotel building which is owned by Summit Villa Hotel Services collapsed on Monday, around 4pm while workers were on the construction site.
However, it was gathered that as of 7:44pm, nine people had been rescued from the debris.
Also, rescue team from the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) had arrived the scene to commence rescue operations.
