The Trisonet Metaverse Community has announced its ambitious target to support three million Nigerians through a scholarship and empowerment initiative.

PLATFORM TIMES reports that the scheme was a push towards educational support and youth and elderly empowerment.

The group made the disclosure during a strategic meeting with the Ogun State Council of Balees on Wednesday, held in Abeokuta.

The event saw prominent figures from across the state in attendance, including High Chief Tunji Falola, Chairman of the Ogun State Council of Balees; Mr. Sunday Ogunsola, General Manager of Wise F.M Nigeria; Evangelist Happiness Etuk, the innovator behind the Trisonet Metaverse Community; and several Balees from Ogun.

Also present were Ambassador Saheed Salami Oladimeji, Ogun State Ambassador of the Metaverse Community, and Lagos Ambassador Mr. Taiwo Dawakili, along with numerous community shareholders.

In his address to the Council of Balees, Ambassador Saheed Oladimeji outlined Trisonet’s mission to transform the lives of young Nigerians by covering school fees and offering empowerment opportunities to shift online narratives towards positivity.

Oladimeji explained that Trisonet aims to empower youths and students, with an annual scholarship budget of N600,000 for each registered child aged between 1 and 18, equating to N200,000 per term.

He clarified that the scholarship scheme would cover a portion of tuition fees, with parents required to balance any fees above the threshold.

“The system is not limited to children alone,” Oladimeji added, emphasizing that adults could also benefit by earning weekly rewards within the Metaverse framework.

Oladimeji noted that Trisonet’s membership includes over 1.4 million registered Nigerians, with a registration fee of N12,000 and benefits starting after a one-year period.

He shared that the community plans to expand its reach significantly, aiming to register three million people across Nigeria.

High Chief Tunji Falola, the Chairman of the Ogun State Council of Balees, commended the initiative during his remarks.

He recounted his initial meeting with Trisonet representatives, highlighting his thorough vetting process to confirm the organization’s legitimacy.

Impressed by Trisonet’s track record and global presence, Chief Falola expressed optimism about the group’s potential impact within Ogun State, especially in education and youth development.

Evangelist Happiness Etuk, the innovator of Trisonet, explained the community’s unique role in creating a safe, positive digital space for children.

He shared that, in collaboration with a Metaverse innovator known as Alibaba, he pioneered a virtual corridor specifically for youth, allowing them to benefit from the Metaverse ecosystem up to age 18.

PLATFORM TIMES reports that starting in 2017, Etuk began working with children on Trisonet’s platform, where he witnessed firsthand the scholarship payouts after a year of membership.
Since 2014, he noted, the platform has continued to disburse school fees without interruptions.

“The Trisonet Metaverse Community is committed to transforming online spaces into positive environments,” Etuk said, emphasizing the group’s vision to uplift youth and shift societal perceptions.
