Renowned Chef and former Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, has announced the launch of the Christmas Menu Cooking Class, as part of her mission to empower women and aspiring chefs across Nigeria and beyond.

This exciting online cooking class, set to run from November 4 to December 9, 2024, promises to equip participants with invaluable culinary skills, while offering a chance to win incredible prizes, including a brand new 2018 Hyundai Sonata and a staggering ₦10 million cash prize.

As Hilda Baci embarks on her 13th cooking class, which is done only on Telegram, she reflects on the profound impact her journey has had since its inception in 2021.

“With every edition, we’ve not just taught cooking, but we’ve woven a tapestry of dreams, aspirations, and endless possibilities This year, we’re excited to continue this beautiful tradition, opening doors to new opportunities for our participants,” she stated.

The Christmas Menu Cooking Class will feature an extensive curriculum, including over 160 recipes, advanced plating techniques, costing and pricing strategies, and video editing skills for both beginners and advanced learners.

Participants will not only learn how to create mouth-watering dishes but also gain essential skills to thrive in the culinary industry.

“My commitment to empower women is at the heart of this initiative. The more women we can train to become economically stable, the better our society will be,” Hilda emphasized.

“The academy aims to cultivate a new generation of chefs who can navigate the complexities of the food industry, with a focus on building successful careers in cuisine.

“This year’s class is particularly special, as participants will have the chance to win various digital and kitchen items that can be used to start their culinary journey, aside from the 2018 brand new Hyundai Sonata and the N10m prize money.

“This isn’t just a prize; it’s a token of our journey, a testament to what you can build. I’m overjoyed to announce that our students will walk away with not just skills but also the means to change their lives,” Hilda added.

Registration for the Christmas Menu Cooking Class is now open, with a fee of ₦50,000. Aspiring chefs and food enthusiasts are encouraged to register through Hilda’s Instagram page, @myfoodbyhilda, before the November 3rd deadline.
