Hon. Aliyu Wakili Boya sponsors bill for establishment of federal college of health in Adamawa

Hon. Aliyu Wakili Boya, member representing Fufore/ Song Federal Constituency of Adamawa State in the House of Representatives, has sponsored a bill for the establishment of Federal College of Health Sciences and Technology in Song, Adamawa State.

The bill reads: “That the house do consider the report of the c’ttee on health institutions on a bill for an act to establish federal college of health sciences and technology, song, Adamawa State (HB 1017) an approve recommendation therein”

“(1).there is Establishment constitution and function of federal college of health sciences and technology song, Adamawa State, (.in this bill deferral to as the college “) which shall have powers and exercises such function as conferred on it.

“(2).the college

“(A). Shall be a body cooperate with perpetual succession and a common seal: and

“(B). May sue or be sued in it corporate name.
“(3) the college may acquire, hold and dispose of movable and immovable properties for the purpose of its function.

“2.subjectives of the college
“The subject of the college shall be to

“(A).provided course of study, training and research in health technology leading to attainment or award of certificates and professional Deplima as may be attained by the Governing council;

“(B). Provides the course of study instruction and other facilities for the pursuit of leaning in an health related subjects, and to make those fercilities available on proper terms such as person as are equipped to benefit from them.”
