A member of the House of Representatives, Hon. Jelili Kayode Amusan, has expressed deep sorrow over the passing of Princess Kadijat Abike Adebisi Edionseri, popularly known as “Cash Madam.”
The respected philanthropist and advocate for women’s empowerment in the state passed away recently, leaving behind a legacy of compassion, integrity, and selflessness.
In a heartfelt tribute, Hon. Amusan described Princess Edionseri as an extraordinary individual whose life was dedicated to uplifting the less privileged and championing the cause of women.
According to him, her tireless efforts and wisdom transformed many lives and positively impacted the state in numerous ways.
“I am deeply saddened by this departure, but we find solace in the fact that she lived a meaningful life. Her legacies are evident in the quality of the children she left behind,” Amusan stated.
He further emphasized her exemplary qualities of selflessness and kindness, adding that her contributions to society will continue to serve as an inspiration to many.
Hon. Amusan also noted the immense vacuum left by her passing, highlighting how her guidance and wisdom will be sorely missed.
