In a heartwarming gesture to mark her birthday on February 10, Chief Mrs. Abiola Adesewa Adelani, the Chief Executive Officer of IAS Unique Homes and Properties Nigeria Limited, has announced a unique initiative aimed at rewarding peaceful couples.
Rather than celebrating traditionally, Chief Mrs. Adelani said she chose to make a lasting impact by helping couples maintain harmony in their relationships.
Speaking with newsmen ahead of her special day, the CEO highlighted the increasing challenges many couples face in maintaining peace, especially due to financial pressures, including the inability to pay rent.
She emphasized that buying land, often seen as an unattainable dream, can add to the strain on relationships.
“To offer a solution, IAS Unique Homes is providing 100 families with an opportunity to purchase plots of land in the serene and secure Isinmi Egba Glory Land, located opposite Alamala Barracks.
“The estate is fully fenced, ensuring privacy and safety for its residents.
“We are offering 250-square-meter plots at an affordable price of N1.5 million,” Chief Mrs. Adelani stated.
“The offer will be available until February 14 at 10 a.m., when the land will be allocated to qualifying couples.
“To take advantage of this, couples need to make an initial payment of N100,000, which can come from either the wife or husband. In return, they will receive a document granting them the right to build on the land.”
She added that as part of the payment plan, the couples will pay N35,000 every month for four years, with the aim of completing their homes within two to three years.
“This initiative, Chief Mrs. Adelani stressed, is designed to provide couples with a realistic opportunity to own their homes and ensure they maintain peace and stability in their relationships.
“This initiative is part of our contribution to the government and a way to give back to society,” she added.
“We hope to make an impact and put smiles on the faces of couples who may have lost hope of owning a home.”
She also took a moment to express her gratitude to IAS Unique Homes’ investors, both in Nigeria and overseas, assuring them that the company remains committed to delivering on its promises.
