A Kano man,  Hassan Umar has been dragged to  Court  in Kano state by her  Girlfriend  who Seeks Justice for Abandonment After Lavish ₦900,000 expenditure

Hassan Umar, a resident of Kano reportedly abandoned  his partner after she generously spent ₦900,000 on him.

The complainant’s legal representative informed the court that Umar had professed love for his client and even expressed intentions of marriage.

However, he not only declined to fulfill that commitment but also terminated the relationship, leaving the plaintiff in distress.

During the court proceedings, Umar pleaded not guilty when the charges were presented before him.

In response, Magistrate Salisu Hussaini instructed both parties to present their witnesses during the next adjourned session, ensuring a fair and comprehensive assessment of the situation.

Reflecting on the incident after the courtroom proceedings, the woman shared, “I can’t help but wonder if he used some sort of charm on me.

“I was at his beck and call, fulfilling his every request without hesitation. I spared no expense, preparing an array of dishes, including chicken, meat, and even two rams, all costing over ₦900,000.

“However, he gradually grew distant and uncaring, eventually ceasing all contact.”

This legal battle sheds light on the complexities of relationships and the pursuit of justice for emotional and financial investment.
