Abeokuta born Chevron multi-billionaire Realtor, Abdulrasheed Ayinde, has expressed his resolve to build a Palatial country home in the top – notch Pelican Valley Estate, Ogun State, where ‘Unusual home happens.’
The Realtor disclosed this over the weekend after inspecting his plot of land within the estate even as some United States based Nigerian investors have also commended the Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited for the level of infrastructural developments and the establishment of Government Approved layouts in it estate in Ogun, a Southwestern State of Nigeria.
Mr. Ayinde, who also has a dual citizenship of Nigerian and the United Kingdom is one of the front line developers with investment portfolio worth billions of naira within the popular Chevron Estate,Lekki Lagos, Nigeria.
He described the CEO of Pelican Valley Nig Ltd as a dogged goal getter who will not trade his integrity.
In his words ” I bought this Pelican Valley property frm Dr. Adeyemo about 8 years ago but I do no see any reason to look back or have any sleepless night on it because I know my property is in a safe hands, I sleep.wth my two eyes closed because I always develop mainly within secured estates like Pelican, so I don’t have to rack my brain on Omo Onile or security troubles.

Another Pelican enthusiastic diasporan investor – Mr. Awofadeju who came with his architect for a site inspection was impressed after a guided tour of the estates, he expressed satisfaction with the firm’s provision of access roads, electricity, armed security guards among others to enhance value for the investors’ money.
Again, the commendations and endorsements keep coming to Pelican Valley and Dr. Babatunde Adeyemo at a season where some real estates operators are exploiting the desire of many Nigerians to have homes for themselves ahead of retirement, to either shortchange or defraud them.
