    MAPOLY Don, Wife Bid Farewell To Remarkable Careers In Education

    Former Head of the Department of Business Administration and Management, Dr. Taofeek Kasali, has officially retired after a distinguished career marked by two terms as the department head from 2007 to 2011 and later as Director at the Moshood Abiola Polytechnic Centre for Entrepreneurship Development from 2020 to 2022.

    PLATFORM TIMES reports that simultaneously, his wife, Alhaja Raliat Kasali, has also concluded her tenure as Vice Principal at the Ogun State Teaching Service Commission in December 2023.

     The couple, having devoted years to the education sector, now embarks on new chapters in their lives.

    Dr. Kasali, a seasoned Economist and Chartered Management Consultant, reached the statutory age of 65, signaling the end of his illustrious career. 

    Dr. Adeoye Adedeji, the Rector of MAPOLY, at a ceremony held at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic, Abeokuta (MAPOLY), expressed gratitude for Dr. Kasali’s dedicated service, praising him as a diligent staff member.

    Chief Imam Alhaji Nojeemdeen Sodiya, during the Juma’at Service at the Polytechnic Mosque, reflected on the transient nature of life.

     He emphasized key elements for a successful end, including trust, obedience to God, transparency, accountability, perseverance, and endurance.

    The Chief Imam congratulated Dr. Kasali and Alhaja Raliat Kasali, acknowledging their invaluable contributions to the education community.
