Deborah Loveth (@_Debbie_OA), a Twitter user, has been bestowed with a generous gift from the Nigeria National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPCL).

The company presented her with a free premium motor spirit (PMS), commonly known as petrol, valued at N200,000.00.

Deborah’s story gained widespread attention on X (formerly Twitter) when she shared that she diligently wakes up at 4:50 am to prepare lunch for her husband, Abiola Adebisi, before he heads to work.

The viral post, amassing 21 million views, sparked discussions on household responsibilities. In her own words, Deborah revealed the catalyst for her early morning routine: “I’ve always been too lazy to wake up and get his lunch ready. But the day he told me a colleague brought two spoons so he’ll eat with her, was the day I set my alarm for 4:50 am.”

While some social media users criticized her, accusing her of insecurity, others applauded her commitment as a dutiful spouse.

In response to Deborah’s “amazing love story,” a group of X users rallied together, contributing over N2 million to support her and her husband.

On Saturday evening, NNPCL acknowledged Deborah’s story on its verified X handle, expressing admiration and presenting her with a N200,000.00 PMS voucher redeemable at any of its 900+ retail stations nationwide.

The oil company stated, “Hello @_Debbie_OA, we love your amazing love story, and we would like to gift you a free ₦200,000 PMS voucher redeemable at any of our 900+ retail stations nationwide.

This will ensure that Mummy Zee has #EnergyforToday and #EnergyforTomorrow.”
