Lobi Stars head coach Eugene Agagbe has expressed satisfaction with the performance of his players in the victory over Shooting Stars.

The Pride of Makurdi defeated Shooting Stars 1-0 at the Lafia City Stadium on Saturday.

Samuel Tiza grabbed the only goal of the game.

Agagbe stated that the players played with character to secure victory.

“The lads played with character and are determined for more good results,” Eugene stated in a post-match interview.

“I believe that with the result, we may have found our winning ways.”

Lobi Stars will be up against Niger Tornadoes in a matchday six fixture next weekend.
