Rangers technical adviser, Fidelis Ilechukwu has picked Remo Stars as the strongest team in the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).
Ilechukwu also named the Sky Blue Stars favourites to win the 2024-25 NPFL title.
The young tactician said his team have little chances of retaining the title this season.
“I think the team at the top of the NPFL summit(Remo Stars are at the top with nine points) are the strongest this season,” Ilechukwu stated to the media in Lagos.
“As for Rangers we will definitely seat on the fence and wait because Remo Stars, Kano Pillars, Enyimba and Shooting Stars are up there above his team after our Continental ouster.”
Rangers will take on Remo Stars in a matchday four fixture at the Remo Stars Stadium on Sunday.
