Sunshine Stars have promoted four of their youth team players to the senior squad.
The quartet are Shettima Mongulo, Oluwole Kehinde, Ismail Amid and Precious Olowojesiku.
The Owena Waves announced the players’ promotion ahead of their opening fixture of the new season.
Sunshine Stars also recruited 12 new players to fortify the squad.
The Kennedy Boboye-led side will trade tackles with Bayelsa United in their opening fixture for the 2024-25 campaign.
The game will be played at Sunshine Stars temporary home ground – Otunba Dipo Dina Stadium, Ijebu-Ode – on Sunday (today).
