The Ogun State Muslim Pilgrims Welfare Board (OGSMPWB) has announced the commencement of the sale of forms for the 2025 Hajj pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina.
The board has also begun the documentation process for intending pilgrims.
In a statement signed by the Executive Secretary, Alhaji Taiwo Ajibola, the board urged prospective pilgrims to make an initial deposit of N8,500,000 pending the final approval of the Hajj fare by the National Hajj Commission of Nigeria (NAHCON).
The board outlined the requirements for documentation, which include: photocopies of payment receipts,10 coloured passport photographs with white background, photocopy of Certificate of Origin, international Passport with a photocopy of the data page, and photocopy of the NIN certificate.
The statement further advised intending pilgrims to complete their payments and submit fully completed forms promptly, as the processing of visas will commence on Friday, February 28, 2025.
