The Theatre Arts and Motion Pictures Practitioners Association of Nigerian, Ogun State chapter has conferred its honourary fellowship on the founder of IAS Unique Homes And Properties Nig Ltd, Prince Ayobami Akanji Adelani.
TAMPAN, the most ranked and recognized theatre association globally honoured IAS boss for his support and for being an outstanding real estate developer in the country.
Adelani was announced as the Senior Special Adviser on Special Duty, Media and Entertainment to Ogun State Tampan Governor, Comr. Owolabi Ajasa.
TAMPAN is a multi-cultural and multifaceted theatre and film association with a membership strength of over ten thousand across the globe, under the leadership of Prince Bolaji Amusan popularly known as Mr Latin as the National President.
The association while describing Adelani as a household name in the real estate industry in Nigeria stressed that IAS Unique Homes and Properties has a strong track record of delivering quality and affordable Lands to Nigerians across the country.
The TAMPAN governor in the state said Adelani’s commitment to excellence and vision to provide affordable homes to Nigerians was one of the things that stand him out from the rest.
Ajasa also described the IAS boss as supportive and the backbone of Ogun State TAMPAN.
He added, “The Ogun State TAMPAN proposed site was given by Prince Ayobami Adelani including moral and financial Surports to the TAMPAN building.
“Your perseverance and commitment to humanity are exemplary. We thank you for your commitment towards the growth of our association.”
