The Peoples Democratic Party’s Senator Ademola Adeleke has been confirmed as the rightful Governor of Osun state by the Supreme Court.
A panel of five judges, headed by Justice Emmanuel Akomaye Agim, dismissed the appeal brought by the All Progressives Congress candidate, Gboyega Oyetola, for the 2022 Governorship Candidate.
The court found that Oyetola was unable to demonstrate any instances of over-voting.
