    Pelican Valley CEO Celebrates First Baby Of Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape

    The CEO of Pelican Valley Nigeria Limited, Ambassador (Dr.) Babatunde Adeyemo on Saturday visited the first landlord of Pelican Brief Estate, Kobape, Mr Sefiu Akintunde Oyeleye whose wife delivered a baby girl on the 1st of January, 2024.

    It was reported that Mr Sefiu’s wife delivered the baby on the same day he moved into his new house at the Brief Estate, Kobape, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

    In his magnanimity, Dr. Adeyemo donated a Goat and Beverages to support light refreshments at the naming ceremony which will hold on the 8th of January, 2024.

    In their reactions, Mr. Oyeleye, his wife and his mother appreciated Dr. Adeyemo and prayed to God to replenish him and elongate his life.

    Dr. Adeyemo while inspecting the ongoing building construction, commended the Engineer in charge, Engr. Azeez Opeyemi and the workers, however, he charged them to work faster on the ongoing Pelican’s Ecostay apartments building construction, maintaining that the first set of the apartments has been billed for commissioning come 11th of September 2024.

    Dr Adeyemo, who is an anti-corruption ambassador also inspected the estate road Interlock production, where he expressed his satisfaction with the produced Interlocks.

    Addressing the site workers at the estate, he Admonished them to join him in accomplishing his vision, disclosing that, the company is targeting the 11th of September, 2024 to do elaborate commissioning of the first set of Pelican’s Ecostay apartments, which by God’s grace, will be graced by Ogun State governor, Prince Dapo Abiodun, the former governor of the state, Chief Olusegun Osoba and Honourable Commissioner for Physical Planning and Urban Development in Ogun State, Tpl Tunji Odunlami. The Pelican boss also disclosed his intention to name one of the longest major drives in the Estate as Akinrogun Olusegun Osoba drive., the honour he wished to bestow on the elder statesman, for his rural electrification projects during his reign as the Governor of Ogun State, which the Pelican project grossly benefited from.

    “Ecostay apartment is highly unique where everything there is going to be 100% eco-friendly. We have started planting trees there, and the tree planting project cost us over N10 million. We want to make it a sightseeing and tourist attraction. We have placed an order for three camels, donkeys, and peacocks to make the ambience scenery natural.

    “Pelican’s Ecostay Apartments building sites layout and the building is also fully approved by the Ogun State government, with provisions for a purpose-built lounge, gym, mini club, recreation, skid gas station, green areas, open space and hospital. Those are some of the unique advantages of our products. You can call it our unique selling points” Dr Babatunde Adeyemo added.
