In a significant move, the Chairman of the Road Transport Employers Association of Nigeria (RTEAN) in Ogun State, Titilope Akibu, popularly known as Efele, has revealed the association’s decision to partner with IAS Unique Homes & Properties Nigeria Limited for the Nigeria Immigrations Treasure City (NITC) project.

During an inspection of the NITC in Ewekoro, Ogun State, Chairman Akibu expressed confidence in IAS Unique Homes, citing the company’s honest and commendable conduct as the primary reason for the RTEAN’s choice.

He highlighted his long-standing awareness of IAS and the absence of any fraud allegations against the company or its Chairman, Ayobami  Adelani.

Accompanied by the association’s Secretary, Tiwalade Akingbade, Chairman Akibu emphasized the RTEAN’s commitment to actively participate in the NITC project initiated by IAS.

Speaking in the presence of his Chairman,  Akingbade commended IAS for its integrity, stating, “there are numerous companies that deal in land; we knew what we saw before we chose IAS.

“Since we knew IAS was not known as a fraud real estate company, it does not change its words.

“We know that all its properties are secured. We have seen here that work has started; we have seen concrete pillars, wires, thank God.

“The team that wants to be part of the project will not suffer any calamity.

“We urge you to intensify the publicity.

“As promised by our chairman, he does not promise and fail.

“If we see people trying to struggle to be great, our chairman is fond of helping him or her so that the person will not be a burden for society.

“The chairman is fond of helping people based on their work.”

Akingbade continued by expressing gratitude for the secure nature of IAS properties, as evidenced by the ongoing work at the NITC Estate.

He urged IAS to enhance publicity, confident that those joining the project would not face any calamities.

Akingbade also acknowledged the RTEAN Chairman’s track record of fulfilling promises and supporting individuals striving for greatness.

In a briefing on the project’s progress, Chairman of IAS, Ayobami Adelani assured the RTEAN leaders of adequate security measures on the land, including the installation of CCTV cameras for owners to monitor the project.

As a token of appreciation, IAS and other conglomerate members pledged to gift the RTEAN Chairman 1,000 blocks.
