Lucas Martinez gave Fiorentina the lead in the 15th minute.
Lookman however set up Mateo Retegui for the equalising goal six minutes later.
Fiorentina regained the lead through Moise Kean two minutes after the half hour mark.
Belgium international Charles De Ketelaere levelled for the hosts on the dot of 45 minutes.
Lookman fired home the winning goal one minute later.
It was the Nigeria international’s first league of the season.
