Taraba: Family of triplets seeks urgent support amid economic hardship

A family who gave birth to triplets in Taraba State has called on the state government, non-governmental organizations, and well-to-do individuals for help in providing essential care for their recently born triplets.

Citing the challenging development presently bedeviling the country, the family, who is now in urgent need of financial and material support to care for the three newborns, beckoned at the aforementioned organizations and individuals to help them provide adequate care for the newly born children.

The parents, who already have five children, said they are feeling the weight of the economic hardships facing the country as they try to support their growing family.

Speaking through the father of the triplets, Manasseh Judge, the family, who hailed from Wukari Local Government Council of the state, expressed their concerns in an interview with DAILY POST on Sunday.

They noted that, with five older children to care for, supporting the new arrivals has become a difficult task amid the rising cost of living.

The family, whom our reporter in the state observed to be presently cap in hand, is seeking both financial and material support to meet the needs of the newborns.

“We are grateful for this blessing from God,” said Sarah Manasseh, the mother of the triplets. “It is an unmerited favor, and we thank God for His infinite mercy.”

The family hopes that the government, NGOs, and the community will respond to their appeal and assist them in giving the triplets a healthy start in life.
