Victor Osimhen on Sunday held up teammate Mauro Icardi’s shirt after scoring Galatasaray’s first goal against Samsunspor in a Turkish Super Lig clash.
The Nigeria international also did Icardi’s popular goal celebration.
Osimhen’s action was a sign of his recovery wishes to the Argentine, who is sidelined for the remainder of the season due to injury.
Watching from the stands, Icardi smiled and applauded the touching gesture from Osimhen.
The match eventually ended 3-2 in favour of Galatasaray.
Osimhen scored two goals. Substitute Michy Batshuayi also netted a goal for the hosts at RAMS Park.
