Operatives of the FCT police command have arrested a suspect in connection with a series of high-profile kidnappings across Abuja and the neighbouring states.
Police sources said he was arrested on June 17.
One of the sources said the suspect was a notorious kidnapper linked to multiple abductions, including the kidnapping and subsequent murder of a pastor, the abduction of a woman for whom N10 million ransom was paid, and the kidnapping of three children during which their father was killed for resisting the criminals.
