President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured the nation that his administration is resolutely committed to reinvigorating the economy.
The president said he is leaving no stone unturned in its pursuit to foster prosperity for the entire Nigerian populace.
According to a communiqué by Presidential spokesperson Ajuri Ngelale, the President conveyed this message during a meeting at the State House with the Board of Trustees of the All Progressives’ Congress (APC) Professionals Forum, led by former Bauchi State Governor, Mallam Isa Yuguda.
“Our paramount goal is to revive this economy for the greater welfare of the Nigerian people, and we are unwavering in our determination to usher in positive change,” President Tinubu declared.
In order to ensure sustained progress and to keep the public well-informed about policy outcomes, President Tinubu announced that comprehensive records of all efforts across various sectors will be maintained and regularly reviewed to assess performance and for transparent presentation to the public.
“We’ve taken some initial steps and adopted assertive positions,” remarked the President to the assembled APC professionals, who had previously voiced their support for the reform initiatives.
Expressing gratitude to President Tinubu for his decisive actions in bolstering the economy, the former Bauchi State Governor highlighted that over two million professionals from diverse domains have been registered since 2018, standing ready to establish frameworks for mobilization and to enhance awareness regarding government policies.
